11 December 2025 – Christmas Sparkle
The candles were a new addition last year and hang from transparent nylon to give teh effect of floating just like teh dining hall at Hogwarts in the Harry Potter movies – 1x AA battery in each lasts for the whole festive season!
23 July 2025 – Blinded by the Light
When we moved home in April 2024, we brought a pair of Roman Blinds with us from our previosu house as we really loved them – luckily they are also a perfect fit for our lounge window Near The Hils 🙂 Despite the illusion given by the non-parallel lintles they are actually level! 😉 They were a bespoke make for us by the same lady (Home of Curtains and Blinds) that has since done the work for Bedroom 3, so we are REALLY happy they fit in so well.
